Ibou and his crew of friends and family carved 8 doors to form 4 gates opening on to the compound of Seydou Nantoume Toguna Agro Industry in Bandiagara, Mali. The project took 4 months with Ibou, Ba, Hassana, Bouba, Baba, Papa, and Abba working full time. Some people worked part time- Amadou Sam, Mowdo, and Yamali. The doors are 3 meters high and 2 meters wide. Each door features a different Dogon Masked Dancer: Walu (antelope), Kanaga (Union of earth and sky), Satimbe (sister of the masks), Nanga lagada(Bull), Tingy Tanga (stilt or heron), and Sourake (tall mask, multi-storied house).
